Assessment Waiver

If you are a new Missouri resident or haven’t owned a vehicle in more than a year you may be entitled to a waiver. You will need to take a picture of the front and back of your title, application for title or out of State registration to upload to our form. We will review your paperwork and issue the waiver or email you back with any questions.
